What is your processing time?
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days (A business day is counted from Monday through Friday, which does not include the Weekends or Holidays)
Might take longer during sales and holidays.

What are your shipping labels?
At this time we only offer tracked shipping via USPS through Priority mail (1-3 day shipping) or through local pickup. Please expect delivery delays during holiday times

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return or exchange requests. We describe our products and scents to the best of our ability based on the description provided by the scent manufacturer however please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently by each person. No refunds will be given based on scent. Also note that even unscented products will have a slight scent due to ingredients used.
